कथा शर्धाय मरुतामृताय कथा सूरे बृहते पृच्छ्यमानः । प्रति ब्रवोऽदितये तुराय साधा दिवो जातवेदश्चिकित्वान् ॥
kathā́ śárdhāya marútām ṛtā́ya kathā́ sūré bṛhaté pṛcchyámānaḥ | práti brávo áditaye turā́ya sā́dha divó jāta-vedaś cikitvā́n ||
ઋતમાં સ્થિત મરુતોના શર્ધાને હું કેવી રીતે ઉત્તર આપું? પૂછવામાં આવે ત્યારે મહાન સૂર્યને કેવી રીતે સંબોધું? ત્વરિત અદિતિને પ્રતિઉત્તર બોલ; અને તેને સિદ્ધ કર, હે જાતવેદસ, ચિકિત્વાન—દિવ્ય પૂર્ણતાને દૃઢ કર.
