समान्या वियुते दूरेअन्ते ध्रुवे पदे तस्थतुर्जागरूके । उत स्वसारा युवती भवन्ती आदु ब्रुवाते मिथुनानि नाम ॥
Transliteration
samānyā́ ví-yute dūrè ánte dhruvé padé tasthatur jāgarū́ke | utá svasārā yuvatī́ bhávantī ā́du bruvāte mithunā́ni nā́ma ||
Translation
સ્વરૂપે એક હોવા છતાં તેઓ દૂર દૂરના અંતો સુધી વિભક્ત છે; ધ્રુવ પદમાં તેઓ જાગૃત રહીને સ્થિર ઊભા છે. અને બે બહેનો સમા, સદા નવયૌવન પામતી, તેઓ જોડિયા નામો—યુગ્મતાઓ—ઉચ્ચારે છે.
