Sukta 2.15
सद्मेव प्राचो वि मिमाय मानैर्वज्रेण खान्यतृणन्नदीनाम् । वृथासृजत्पथिभिर्दीर्घयाथैः सोमस्य ता मद इन्द्रश्चकार ॥
sadmeva prāco vi mimāya mānair vajreṇa khāny atṛṇan nadīnām | vṛthā sṛjat pathibhir dīrghayāthaiḥ somasya tā made indraś cakāra ||
જાણે નિવાસ ગોઠવે તેમ, તેણે માપદંડોથી આગળનાં વિસ્તારો માપી ગોઠવ્યાં; વજ્રથી નદીઓનાં પ્રવાહ-માર્ગો ભેદી ખોલી નાખ્યાં. લાંબી યાત્રાના માર્ગોથી તેમને વહેવા મોકલ્યાં—સોમના મદમાં આ કાર્યો ઇન્દ્રે સિદ્ધ કર્યા.
