जेता नृभिरिन्द्रः पृत्सु शूरः श्रोता हवं नाधमानस्य कारोः । प्रभर्ता रथं दाशुष उपाक उद्यन्ता गिरो यदि च त्मना भूत् ॥

Transliteration

jétā nṛ́bhir índraḥ pṛtsú śū́raḥ śrótā hávaṃ nā́dhamānasya kāróḥ | prá-bhartā ráthaṃ dā́śuṣa upāká udyántā gíro yádi ca tmánā bhū́t ||

Translation

નરો સાથેના યુદ્ધોમાં ઇન્દ્ર—શૂરવીર—વિજયી છે; પ્રયત્નશીલ ગાયક-કારુના આહ્વાનને તે સાંભળે છે. દાનશીલ યજમાન માટે, જે નજીક હાજર છે, તે રથને આગળ ધપાવે છે—જ્યારે સ્તુતિઓ ઊઠે છે, અને તે પોતાની સ્વશક્તિથી એવો બને છે.
