tā vā́ṃ gīrbhír vipanyávaḥ práyasvanto havāmahe | medhásātā saniṣyávaḥ ||

Translation

Vous deux, nous vous appelons par des hymnes, par des paroles inspirées — vous qui pouvez éveiller l’âme — en apportant notre élan d’offrande; en quête de gain, puissions-nous obtenir par l’intelligence lumineuse (medhā).
