Transliteration

sá pra-ketá ubháyasya pra-vidvā́n sahásra-dāna utá vā sádānaḥ | yaména tatáṁ pari-dhíṁ váyiṣyann apsárasaḥ pári jajñe vasiṣṭháḥ ||

Translation

Él, el discernidor luminoso, conocedor de ambos lados, dador de mil plenitudes y también su constante custodio: deseando tejer el límite extendido por Yama, nació Vasiṣṭha, abarcando a las Apsaras, las inspiraciones que fluyen.
