Transliteration

nū no agne’vṛkebhiḥ svasti veṣi rāyaḥ pathibhiḥ parṣy aṃhaḥ | tā sūribhyo gṛṇate rāsi sumnam madema śata-himāḥ su-vīrāḥ ||

Translation

Ahora, oh Agni, guíanos con bienestar por sendas donde ningún devorador pueda apresarnos; haznos cruzar la estrechez del pecado y la aflicción. A los rishis que te cantan concédeles esa gracia gozosa; que nos embriaguemos de tu fuerza — perdurando cien inviernos, ricos en energías heroicas.
