स संनयः स विनयः पुरोहितः स सुष्टुतः स युधि ब्रह्मणस्पतिः । चाक्ष्मो यद्वाजं भरते मती धनादित्सूर्यस्तपति तप्यतुर्वृथा ॥

Transliteration

sá saṃnáyaḥ sá vináyaḥ puróhitaḥ sá suṣṭútaḥ sá yudhí bráhmaṇas pátiḥ | cākṣmó yád vā́jaṃ bhárate matī́ dhánād ít sū́ryas tapati tapyátur vṛ́thā ||

Translation

Él es el conductor, él es el sabio guía, puesto al frente; él es perfectamente himnado, él es Brahmaṇaspati en la batalla. Cuando trae el vāja — la plenitud de fuerza — por el pensamiento inspirado, entonces hasta el ardor del Sol arde en vano contra esa ganancia.
