surūpāṃ ca śilāṃ dṛṣṭvā niḥśalyāṃ suparīkṣitām || tatra dakṣaṃ rūpakāraṃ śīghraṃ ca viniyojayet ||

Translation

Wenn man einen wohlgestalteten Stein sieht, fehlerfrei und sorgfältig geprüft, soll man dort unverzüglich einen kundigen Bildhauer einsetzen.
