Philosophical Teaching: {"has_teaching":true,"teaching_type":"bhakti and sacred presence","core_concept":"The Lord’s presence is both localized (kṣetra/Śālagrāma) and relational (dear to Bhāgavatas).","practical_application":"Cultivate Bhāgavata-bhakti (hearing, chanting, worship) and approach sacred loci with proper orientation, purity, and devotion rather than mere tourism."}

FAQs

It documents Śālagrāma as a major Vaiṣṇava heritage landscape, contributing to the textual history of pilgrimage and icon veneration associated with the Gaṇḍakī basin.

Śālagrāma (commonly associated with the Gaṇḍakī river region in present-day Nepal/Indo-Nepal Himalayan foothills) is explicitly named.

It frames the site as a locus for disciplined devotion and culturally sanctioned remembrance, emphasizing continuity of practice rather than coercion.
