dhana-dharma-kṣayas teṣāṃ paṭhanād āśu jāyate || paṭhed bhāgavatānāṃ ca ye ca dharmeṇa dīkṣitāḥ ||

Translation

Für sie entstehen durch ein solches Rezitieren rasch Verlust an Reichtum und Verlust an Dharma. Man soll es für die hingebungsvollen Bhāgavatas und für jene rezitieren, die gemäß dem Dharma eingeweiht sind.
