शुचिः पावक उच्यते सोमः सुतस्य मध्वः । देवावीरघशंसहा ॥
śúciḥ pāvaká ucyate sómaḥ sutásya mádhvaḥ | devāvī́r aghaśaṃsahā́ ||
Rein, flammend-klar wird Soma genannt, aus der gepressten Süße; ein Held für die Götter, ein Bezwinger der üblen Rede, der die Finsternis schlägt.
