अस्येदिन्द्रो मदेष्वा ग्राभं गृभ्णीत सानसिम् । वज्रं च वृषणं भरत्समप्सुजित् ॥

asyéd índro mádeṣv ā́ grābháṃ gṛbhṇīta sānasím | vájraṃ ca vṛ́ṣaṇaṃ bharat sám apsujít ||

In den Rauschen dieses Soma ergreift Indra den siegbringenden Griff (grābhám), der Gewinn verschafft. Er bringt Vajra und Bullen-Kraft (vṛṣaṇá) zusammen — der in den Wassern siegt (apsu-jit) — und eint Macht und rechten Gang zum Sieg des Lichts.
