अग्न आ याह्यग्निभिर्होतारं त्वा वृणीमहे । आ त्वामनक्तु प्रयता हविष्मती यजिष्ठं बर्हिरासदे ॥
Transliteration
ágne ā́ yāhy agníbhir hótāraṃ tvā vṛṇīmahe | ā́ tvām anaktu práyatā havíṣmatī yájiṣṭhaṃ bárhir āsáde ||
Translation
O Agni, komm mit deinen Feuern; dich erwählen wir zum Hotar. Möge dich die wohlbereitete Opfergabe, reich an Darbringung, salben; komm, du Opferkräftigster, um auf dem Barhis, dem heiligen Gras, Platz zu nehmen.
