अयुद्ध इद्युधा वृतं शूर आजति सत्वभिः । येषामिन्द्रो युवा सखा ॥
ayúddha íd yudhā́ vṛtáṃ śūra ā́jati sátvabhiḥ | yeṣām índro yúvā sákhā ||
Obgleich er unbewaffnet scheint, drängt er doch im Kampf das umschließende Hindernis zurück; der Held stürmt voran mit den Kräften seines Seins. Deren Gefährte und Freund (sakhā) ist Indra, der ewig Junge.
