ऊर्जो नपातं सुभगं सुदीदितिमग्निं श्रेष्ठशोचिषम् । स नो मित्रस्य वरुणस्य सो अपामा सुम्नं यक्षते दिवि ॥

Transliteration

ūrjó napātaṃ subhágaṃ sudī́ditim agníṃ śréṣṭhaśociṣam | sá no mitrásya váruṇasya sá apā́m ā́ sumnáṃ yakṣate diví ||

Translation

Agni, der Sohn der Kraft (ūrjā́), der Glückverheißende, hell entflammt, mit der besten Lohe— er gewinne uns im Himmel die Gnade Mitras und Varuṇas und die Huld der Wasser (Āpas), einen Segen, der als Frieden und Fülle herabkommt.
