विप्रं विप्रासोऽवसे देवं मर्तास ऊतये । अग्निं गीर्भिर्हवामहे ॥
Transliteration
vípraṁ víprāso'váse deváṁ mártāsa ūtáye | agníṁ gīrbhír havāmahe ||
Translation
Wir, die Seher, rufen mit unseren Liedern Agni, den Vipra, den Gott, zu Schutz und helfender Förderung für uns Sterbliche.
