प्र दैवोदासो अग्निर्देवाँ अच्छा न मज्मना । अनु मातरं पृथिवीं वि वावृते तस्थौ नाकस्य सानवि ॥
Transliteration
prá daivódāso agnír devā́ṃ ácchā ná majmánā | ánu mātáraṃ pṛthivī́ṃ ví vāvṛte tastháu nā́kasya sā́navi ||
Translation
Vorwärts schreitet Agni, der göttliche Geber, zu den Göttern in seiner Weite. Der Mutter Erde folgend, breitet er sich weithin aus und steht auf dem Kamm des Himmels, auf seiner Höhe.
