Transliteration
bṛhád u gāyiṣe váco 'suŕyā nadī́nām | sárasvatīm ín mahayā su-vṛ́kti-bhiḥ stómair vasiṣṭha ródasī ||
Translation
Ein gewaltiges Wort sollst du singen — die Herrscherin der Ströme unter den Strömen. Ja, verherrliche Sarasvatī mit wohlgeformten Worten und Hymnen, o Vasiṣṭha, bis in dir die beiden Welten sich weiten.
