ईळेन्यो वो मनुषो युगेषु समनगा अशुचज्जातवेदाः । सुसंदृशा भानुना यो विभाति प्रति गावः समिधानं बुधन्त ॥

Transliteration

īḷényo vo mánuṣo yugéṣu samaná-gā aśucat jātá-vedāḥ | su-sandṛ́śā bhānúnā yó vibhā́ti práti gā́vaḥ samidhā́naṃ budhanta ||

Translation

Begehrenswert anzurufen für euch, o Menschen durch die Zeitalter, ist Jātavedas: in gemeinsamer Bewegung ist er aufgeflammt. Er, der mit schönschauendem Glanz erstrahlt — zum entzündeten Feuer erwachen die Strahlen (die „Kühe“ des Lichts) und werden gewahr.
