प्र वर्तय दिवो अश्मानमिन्द्र सोमशितं मघवन्त्सं शिशाधि । प्राक्तादपाक्तादधरादुदक्तादभि जहि रक्षसः पर्वतेन ॥
prá vartaya divó áśmānam indra sómaśitaṃ maghaván sáṃ śiśādhi | prā́ktād apā́ktād adharā́d údaktād abhí jahi rákṣasaḥ párvatena ||
Wälze hervor, o Indra, den Himmelsstein, vom Soma geschärft; o Freigebiger, setze ihn in volle Bewegung. Von vorn und von hinten, von unten und von oben — erschlage die Rakṣas mit dem Berge.
