Sukta 6.65
श्रवो वाजमिषमूर्जं वहन्तीर्नि दाशुष उषसो मर्त्याय । मघोनीर्वीरवत्पत्यमाना अवो धात विधते रत्नमद्य ॥
śrávo vā́jam íṣam ū́rjaṃ váhantīr ní dāśúṣa uṣaso mártyāya | maghónīr vīrávat pátyamānā ávo dhāta vidhaté rátnam adyá ||
Ruhm, Gewinn, Speise und Kraft tragend, o Uṣas, legt dies nieder für den Sterblichen, der darbringt. O Freigebigen, nach heroischem Zuwachs verlangend, setzt heute Schutz und Schatz für den, der das Werk (des Opfers) vollzieht.
