समिद्धो अग्न आहुत देवान्यक्षि स्वध्वर । त्वं हि हव्यवाळसि ॥
Transliteration
sámiddho agna ā́huta devā́ny ákṣi svadhvara | tváṃ hí havya-vā́ḷ asi ||
Translation
O Agni, entflammt und mit der Opfergabe geehrt, opfere den Göttern auf dem wohlgeordneten Weg des Opfers; denn wahrlich bist du der Havyavāh, der Träger, der die Opfergabe zu den göttlichen Mächten bringt.
