यस्त्वा स्वश्वः सुहिरण्यो अग्न उपयाति वसुमता रथेन । तस्य त्राता भवसि तस्य सखा यस्त आतिथ्यमानुषग्जुजोषत् ॥
yás tvā sváśvaḥ suhiraṇyó agna upayā́ti vásumatā ráthena | tásya trātā́ bhavasi tásya sákhā yás ta ātithyám ānuṣág jujoṣat ||
Wer zu dir kommt, o Agni, mit guten Rossen und hellem Gold, auf einem Wagen der Fülle — dem wirst du zum Schützer, dem zum Freund: dem, der dein Gastrecht immer wieder auf menschliche Weise annimmt.
