गर्भे नु सन्नन्वेषामवेदमहं देवानां जनिमानि विश्वा । शतं मा पुर आयसीररक्षन्नध श्येनो जवसा निरदीयम् ॥

gárbhe nú sán anvéṣām avedam aháṃ devā́nāṃ jánimāni víśvā | śatáṃ mā púra ā́yasīr arakṣann ádha śyéno jávasā nír adīyam ||

Schon im Schoß, suchend, erkannte ich alle Geburten der Götter. Hundert eiserne Burgen bewachten mich; dann brach ich als Śyena, der Falke, mit der Kraft der Schnelligkeit hervor und flog hinaus, den verborgenen Wissenden aus den Mauern der Gefangenschaft befreiend.
