Transliteration
ābhiṣ te adyá gīrbhír gṛṇánto’gne dāśema | prá te divó ná stanayanti śúṣmāḥ ||
Translation
Mit diesen heute gesprochenen Worten, dich preisend, o Agni, wollen wir dir uns selbst und unsere Gaben darbringen. Mögen deine Kräfte hervorbrechen wie das Donnern des Himmels — Mächte, die erwecken und die träge Finsternis vertreiben.
