अग्ने अपां समिध्यसे दुरोणे नित्यः सूनो सहसो जातवेदः । सधस्थानि महयमान ऊती ॥

Transliteration

agne apā́m sám idhyase duroṇé nítyaḥ sū́no sahaso jā́tavedāḥ | sadhásthāni maháyamāna ūtī́ ||

Translation

O Agni, im Haus inmitten der Wasser wirst du entzündet; ewig, o Sohn der Kraft, Jātavedas, der die Geburten kennt. Die gemeinsamen Sitze (unseres Seins) erhöhend, weitest du sie durch deinen Schutz und deine nährende Hilfe.
