नू ते पूर्वस्यावसो अधीतौ तृतीये विदथे मन्म शंसि । अस्मे अग्ने संयद्वीरं बृहन्तं क्षुमन्तं वाजं स्वपत्यं रयिं दाः ॥

Transliteration

nū́ te pū́rvasyā́vaso ádhītau tṛtī́ye vidáthe mánma śaṃsi | asmé agne saṃyád-vī́raṃ bṛhántam kṣú-mantaṃ vā́jaṃ svapátyaṃ rayíṃ dāḥ ||

Translation

Nun, im Fortgang deiner uralten Hilfe, beim dritten Vidátha verkünde ich den inspirierten Gedanken. O Agni, gib uns ein geeintes Heer von Helden – das Große, die lichtvolle Fülle, den Vāja –, dazu gutes Herrentum und Rayí, den Reichtum des inneren Seins.
