बळस्य नीथा वि पणेश्च मन्महे वया अस्य प्रहुता आसुरत्तवे । यदा घोरासो अमृतत्वमाशतादिज्जनस्य दैव्यस्य चर्किरन् ॥

Transliteration

báḷasya nīthā́ ví paṇéś ca manmahe vayā́ asya práhutā ā́sūr áttave | yadā́ ghórāso amṛtatvám ā́śatā́d íj jánasya daívyasya carkiran ||

Translation

Wir sinnen über die Führungen seiner Kraft und über das Aufbrechen des Paṇi; seine Vögel—die schnellen Mächte—wurden ausgesandt, um zu verzehren. Als die Schrecklichen die Unsterblichkeit erreichten, da ließen sie wahrlich das göttliche Geschlecht mit ihrem Siegesruf erschallen.
