áhāvy agne havír āsyè te srucī́va ghṛtáṃ camvī́va sómaḥ | vājásaniṃ rayím asmè suvī́raṃ praśastáṃ dhehi yaśásaṃ bṛhántam ||

Translation

O Agni, auf den Ruf tritt die Opfergabe in deinen Mund — wie Ghee in die Schöpfkelle, wie Soma in die Schale. Lege in uns den Reichtum, der die Fülle der Kraft gewinnt, reich an Heldenmacht, weithin gerühmt, groß an Ruhm.
