Transliteration

mahád adyá mahatā́m ā́ vṛṇīmahe’vo devā́nāṃ bṛhatā́m anarváṇām | yáthā vásu vīrájātaṃ náśāmahai tád devā́nām ávo adyā́ vṛṇīmahe ||

Translation

Heute erwählen wir die große Hilfe der großen Götter, der Weiten, die in ihrem Lauf nicht wanken, damit wir zum wahren Gut gelangen, reich an heldischer Geburt der Kräfte. Diese schützende Hilfe der Götter erwählen wir heute.
