योगक्षेमं व आदायाहं भूयासमुत्तम आ वो मूर्धानमक्रमीम् । अधस्पदान्म उद्वदत मण्डूका इवोदकान्मण्डूका उदकादिव ॥

Transliteration

yógakṣēmaṃ va ādā́yāháṃ bhūyāsam uttamá ā́ vo mūrdhā́nam akramīm | adháspadān má udvadata maṇḍūkā́ ivodakā́n maṇḍūkā́ udakā́d iva ||

Translation

Euren Gewinn und eure Sicherheit (yogakṣema) an mich nehmend, möge ich der Höchste werden. Auf euren Scheitel bin ich getreten. Von unter meinen Füßen schreit auf — wie Frösche aus dem Wasser, wie Frösche, die aus dem Wasser emporsteigen.
