Transliteration

váneṣu jāyúr márteṣu mitró vṛṇī́te śrúṣṭiṃ rājéva ajúryam

Translation

In den Wäldern ist er die schnellgeborene Flamme; unter den Sterblichen wird er zum Freund (Mitra): er erwählt Gehorsam und rechtes Hören, wie ein König eine unfehlbare Stütze erwählt.
