जुष्टो हि दूतो असि हव्यवाहनोऽग्ने रथीरध्वराणाम् । सजूरश्विभ्यामुषसा सुवीर्यमस्मे धेहि श्रवो बृहत् ॥
júṣṭo hí dūtó ási havyavā́hano 'gné rathī́r adhvarā́ṇām | sajū́r aśvíbhyām uṣásā suvī́ryam asmḗ dhēhi śrávo bṛhát ||
Denn du bist der angenommene Bote, o Agni, der Träger der Opfergabe, der Wagenlenker der Wege des Opfers. Im Einklang mit den Aśvins und mit Uṣas lege in uns heldische Kraft edler Herkunft und weiten, erhebenden Ruhm.
