ये ते वृषणो वृषभास इन्द्र ब्रह्मयुजो वृषरथासो अत्याः । ताँ आ तिष्ठ तेभिरा याह्यर्वाङ्हवामहे त्वा सुत इन्द्र सोमे ॥
yé te vṛ́ṣaṇo vṛṣabhā́sa indra brahma-yújo vṛ́ṣa-rathāso átyāḥ | tā́n ā́ tíṣṭha tébhir ā́ yāhy arvā́ṅ havāmahe tvā sutá índra sóme ||
Jene deine starken, stiergleichen Rosse, o Indra—durch das heilige Wort (brahman) angeschirrt, den mächtigen Wagen ziehend—besteige sie; mit ihnen komm her. Wir rufen dich, wenn Soma gepresst ist, o Indra.
