नक्षद्धोता परि सद्म मिता यन्भरद्गर्भमा शरदः पृथिव्याः । क्रन्ददश्वो नयमानो रुवद्गौरन्तर्दूतो न रोदसी चरद्वाक् ॥
nákṣad hótā pári sádma mitā́ yán bhárad gárbham ā́ śáradaḥ pṛthivyā́ḥ | krándad áśvo náyamāno ruvád gáur antár dūtó ná rodasī́ íti carád vāk ||
Der Hotar erreicht und umschließt die abgemessene Wohnstatt, indem er den Keim aus den Zeiten der Erde, aus der Folge der Herbste, herbeiträgt. Wie ein wieherndes Pferd, vorwärts geführt, wie ein brüllender Stier, bewegt sich das Wort im Innern — wie ein Bote zwischen den beiden Welten, in Rede wandelnd zwischen Himmel und Erde.
