सातिर्न वोऽमवती स्वर्वती त्वेषा विपाका मरुतः पिपिष्वती । भद्रा वो रातिः पृणतो न दक्षिणा पृथुज्रयी असुर्येव जञ्जती ॥

sātír na vo ’mavatī svàrvatī tvéṣā vipā́kā marutaḥ pípiṣvatī | bhadrā́ vo rātíḥ pṛṇató ná dákṣiṇā pṛthujráyī asuryéva jáñjatī ||

Möge uns eure sieghafte Kraft machtvoll und sonnenvoll sein, o Maruts: glühend, reifend, unsere Habe mehrend. Heilvoll sei eure Gabe, wie die Dakṣiṇā, die den Gebenden erfüllt: weit ausschreitend, antreibend wie herrische Macht (asurya), treibt sie uns voran in weitere Bewegung.
