Transliteration

abhī́ no agna ukthám íj juguryā dyā́vākṣā́mā síndhavaś ca svágūrtāḥ | gavyáṃ yavyáṃ yánto dīrghā́héṣaṃ váram aruṇyó varanta ||

Translation

O Agni, mögen Himmel und Erde und die Ströme, wohlgeleitet, unser Loblied in voller Kraft erwecken. Rinder-Glanz und Gersten-Nahrung bringend, wählen sie die weitreichende Wonne der Gabe; die rötlichen Mächte wählen sie.
