अश्वं न गूळ्हमश्विना दुरेवैॠषिं नरा वृषणा रेभमप्सु । सं तं रिणीथो विप्रुतं दंसोभिर्न वां जूर्यन्ति पूर्व्या कृतानि ॥
aśváṃ ná gūḷhám aśvinā durévaíḥ ṛ́ṣiṃ narā vṛṣaṇā rebhám apsú | sáṃ táṃ riṇītho víprutaṃ dáṃsobhir ná vām jūryanti pūrvyā́ kṛtā́ni ||
Wie man ein verborgenes Pferd findet, so habt ihr, o Aśvins, ihr starken Herren, den ṛṣi Rebha in den Wassern gefunden—zerschlagen, zerstreut—und ihn durch eure kunstvollen Taten wieder zusammengefügt; eure uralten Werke altern nicht.
