Sukta 1.111
आ तक्षत सातिमस्मभ्यमृभवः सातिं रथाय सातिमर्वते नरः । सातिं नो जैत्रीं सं महेत विश्वहा जामिमजामिं पृतनासु सक्षणिम् ॥
ā tákṣata sātím asmábhyam ṛbhavaḥ sātíṃ rathā́ya sātím árvate naraḥ | sātíṃ no jáitrīṃ sáṃ maheta viśvá-hā jāmím ajā́mim pṛ́tanāsu sákṣaṇim ||
O Ṛbhus, zimmert uns sāti, das sieghafte Erlangen: sāti für den Wagen unseres Strebens, sāti für das Ross der Lebenskraft, ihr starken Männer. Möge uns diese siegende sāti allezeit zusammenwachsen, kampftüchtig in den Schlachten, überwindend das Nahe und Gewohnte wie auch das Fremde und Ferne.
