Sukta 5
पञ्चौ॑दनः पञ्च॒धा वि क्र॑मतामाक्रं॒स्यमा॑न॒स्त्रीणि॒ ज्योतीं॑षि । ई॒जा॒नानां॑ सु॒कृतां॒ प्रेहि॒ मध्यं॑ तृ॒तीये॒ नाके॒ अधि॒ वि श्र॑यस्व
páñcā́udanaḥ páñcadhā́ ví kramatām ākráṃsyamānas trī́ṇi jyótīṃṣi | ījānā́nāṃ sukṛtā́ṃ préhi mádhyaṃ tṛtī́ye nā́ke ádhi ví śrayasva ||
Let the Fivefold Rice stride forth in five divisions; as it is advanced, (let it win) the three Lights. Go onward to the midst of the worshippers, of the well-doers; in the third heaven, thereon take thou thy settled seat.
Der fünffache Reis (pañcaudana) schreite in fünf Teilen voran; während er voranschreitet, gewinne er die drei Lichter. Zieh weiter in die Mitte der Opfernden, der Rechtschaffenen; im dritten Himmel, dort nimm deinen festen Sitz.
