Dieser einversige Paustika-Hymnus ruft Sarasvatī als unerschöpfliche, nährende Brust an, aus der „erwählte Schätze“ (vāryāṇi) hervorgehen und gedeihen. Indem sie als freudenspendend, gunsterwerbend, leicht anzurufen und freigebig gepriesen wird, zielt das Mantra darauf, durch ihre strömende Fülle beständigen Zuwachs an Gütern, Wohlstand und Wohlergehen zu erlangen.
