Sukta 8
सं वो॒ मनां॑सि॒ सं व्र॒ता समाकू॑तीर्नमामसि । अ॒मी ये विव्र॑ता॒ स्थन॒ तान् वः॒ सं न॑मयामसि
sáṃ vo manā́ṃsi sáṃ vratā́ samākū́tīr namāmasi | amī́ ye vivratā́ sthána tā́n vaḥ sáṃ namayāmasi
Together your minds, together your vows, together your purposes—these we bow (into concord). Those who are vowless, disorderly, standing apart—those we, for your sake, bend down into unity.
Zusammen eure Geister, zusammen eure Gelübde, zusammen eure Vorsätze – davor verneigen wir uns (zur Eintracht). Die aber, die gelübdelos, zügellos, abseits stehend sind – die beugen wir um euretwillen zur Einheit.
