English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Not indeed at any other time, O Thunderer, have (men) reached thy mighty works as in this newest rite: do thou, for thy part, take heed of our praise.

Translation

Zu keiner anderen Zeit, o Donnerer, haben die Menschen deine mächtigen Taten so erreicht wie in diesem allerneuesten Ritus. Du aber nimm unser Loblied zu Herzen und achte darauf.
