Sukta 4.3
ऋतेन ऋतं नियतमीळ आ गोरामा सचा मधुमत्पक्वमग्ने । कृष्णा सती रुशता धासिनैषा जामर्येण पयसा पीपाय ॥
ṛténa ṛtáṃ ní-yatam īḷe ā́ góra āmā́ sácā mádhu-mat pákvam agne | kṛṣṇā́ satī́ rúśatā dhā́sinaiṣā́ jāmaryéṇa páyasā pīpāya ||
ঋত দ্বারা আমি সেই ঋতের স্তব করি, যা দৃঢ়ভাবে নিয়ত; হে অগ্নি, গাভীর কাঁচা ও পাকা মধুর রস একসঙ্গে। এই কৃষ্ণা (অন্ধকারময়) সত্তা দীপ্তিমান আধারের জ্যোতিতে উজ্জ্বল হয়ে, পালনকারী সঙ্গীর দুধে স্ফীত ও পরিপুষ্ট হয়েছে।
