आ भन्दमाने उषसा उपाके उत स्मयेते तन्वा विरूपे । यथा नो मित्रो वरुणो जुजोषदिन्द्रो मरुत्वाँ उत वा महोभिः ॥
Transliteration
ā́ bhandamāne uṣásā upā́ke utá smayete tanvā́ virū́pe | yáthā no mitró váruṇo jújoṣad índro marútvāṃ utá vā máho-bhiḥ ||
Translation
যখন দুই উষা নিকটে আসে—ভিন্ন ভিন্ন রূপে দেহে যেন হাস্যোজ্জ্বল—তখন মিত্র ও বরুণ আমাদের প্রতি প্রসন্ন হোন; আর ইন্দ্রও মরুতদের সহিত, তাঁর মহান শক্তিসমূহ দ্বারা (আমাদের) অনুগ্রহ করুন।
