प्र यन्ति यज्ञं विपयन्ति बर्हिः सोममादो विदथे दुध्रवाचः । न्यु भ्रियन्ते यशसो गृभादा दूरउपब्दो वृषणो नृषाचः ॥

prá yanti yajñáṃ vipáyanti bárhiḥ sómamā́do vidáthe dudhrávācaḥ | ny ù bhriyante yaśáso gṛbhā́d ā́ dū́ra-upabdaḥ vṛ́ṣaṇo nṛṣā́caḥ ||

তেওঁলোকে যজ্ঞলৈ আগবাঢ়ে; বৰ্হি (পবিত্ৰ আসন) বিস্তাৰ কৰে। বিদথ (সভা)-ত দৃঢ়-বাণী আহ্বানেৰে সোম-আনন্দ প্ৰস্তুত হয়। গৃহবাঁধা (ধৰণ)ৰ পৰা যশস্যা প্ৰকাশলৈ নামি আহে; দূৰ-প্ৰসাৰিত আহ্বান সেই বৃষ-শক্তিৰ প্ৰতি, যি নৰ-মধ্যত বিচৰণ কৰে।
