इन्द्रावरुणा यदृषिभ्यो मनीषां वाचो मतिं श्रुतमदत्तमग्रे । यानि स्थानान्यसृजन्त धीरा यज्ञं तन्वानास्तपसाभ्यपश्यम् ॥

Transliteration

índrāvaruṇā yád ṛṣíbhyo manīṣā́ṃ vā́co matíṃ śrutám adattam ágre | yā́ni sthā́nāny asṛ́janta dhī́rā yajñáṃ tanvā́nās tápasā́bhy àpaśyam ||

Translation

Hỡi Indra và Varuṇa, khi thuở ban đầu hai Ngài ban cho các ṛṣi ý tưởng linh hứng, tâm trí của lời nói, và sự lắng nghe biết tiếp nhận—thì các bậc hiền triết kiên định đã tạo ra những “chỗ đứng/các trạm” (sthāna). Và khi họ trải rộng lễ tế, bằng nội nhiệt tapas họ đã thấy (chân lý của nó).
