आ यस्ते अग्न इधते अनीकं वसिष्ठ शुक्र दीदिवः पावक । उतो न एभिः स्तवथैरिह स्याः ॥

ā yás té agne idháte anī́kaṃ vásiṣṭha śúkra dī́di-vaḥ pā́vaka | utó na ebhíḥ staváthair ihá syāḥ ||

Hỡi Agni, khi người ta nhóm lên mũi nhọn của uy lực rực sáng của Ngài—hỡi Đấng kiên định nhất, sáng chói, luôn rạng ngời, Đấng Tẩy Luyện—xin nhờ những lời tán dương này của chúng con mà hiện diện nơi đây cùng chúng con.
