Sukta 6.34
न यं हिंसन्ति धीतयो न वाणीरिन्द्रं नक्षन्तीदभि वर्धयन्तीः । यदि स्तोतारः शतं यत्सहस्रं गृणन्ति गिर्वणसं शं तदस्मै ॥
na yaṃ hiṃsanti dhītayo na vāṇīr indraṃ nakṣantīd abhi vardhayantīḥ | yadi stotāraḥ śataṃ yat sahasraṃ gṛṇanti girvaṇasaṃ śaṃ tad asmai ||
Tư tưởng không làm Người suy giảm; lời nói cũng chẳng thể chạm đến tận cùng của Indra—dẫu từ mọi phía ca tụng mà làm Người thêm lớn. Dù những kẻ tán tụng có xướng lên một trăm, hay một nghìn bài thánh ca dâng lên bậc chủ tể ưa thích khúc hát, thì điều ấy đối với Người trở thành an hòa và phúc lạc.
